From teenagers to adults - there's fun for everyone at ArboPark. Admission is generally for children aged 12 and over. However, children from the age of 8 can also accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility and supervision, can also visit the park.
For some attractions (e.g. the go-kart track or the DriftPark) there are age or height restrictions. You will find the relevant information on the individual attraction description pages.

ArboPark offers a wide range of attractions: From an exciting go-kart track to tricky cube challenges and entertaining mini-games, there is something for everyone. Here you will find an overview of all attractions.

You don't need to bring any special equipment. Loose casual clothing is ideal for your visit to the ArboPark. We recommend comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and enjoy the various attractions.

AtArboPark, a varied catering area awaits you with a selection of snacks and refreshing drinks. You can also visit our bar to relax between adventures and enjoy the ambience.

The ArboPark is open 365 days a year! However, the opening hours vary depending on the day and season. You can find the current opening hours via this link.
As the shortest ticket includes 2 hours of playing time, admission closes 2 hours before ArboPark closes.

If you want to visit the ArboPark, you have 2 decisions to make:

• Would you like a ticket including 2 kart rides - or would you prefer a ticket without?
• How long do you want to stay?
  2, 4 or 6 hours?

The admission price includes free use of all attractions in the park at no extra charge during the selected time period. The number of kart rides depends on the type of ticket. The ticket with karting includes 2 rides. Regardless of the type of ticket, individual rides can be purchased additionally. This is subject to there being sufficient capacity on the karting track.

The number of uses or playing time per attraction may be limited if the park is very busy. But don't worry: there are always plenty of exciting and fun attractions available. It will certainly never be boring…

No, individual attractions cannot be reserved. In the ArboPark you move freely from attraction to attraction and can always use the ones that are free at that moment, depending on availability.

There are 400 parking spaces available for our guests in the immediate vicinity of the ArboPark. Please note that parking fees may apply for the use of the parking lot.

Yes, we recommend traveling by bus and train - and it is possible from anywhere. ArboPark is just a 10-minute walk from Arbon train station. You can find more information about public transport on this page.

Tickets for the ArboPark are available both online and at the box office.
However, we recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, especially on busy days, to avoid long waiting times

If you haven't tried everything yet and would like to stay longer than planned in the ArboPark, this is no problem. Your remaining time is automatically saved on your wristband. So if you want to stay longer, you can simply buy an extra hour at the ticket machine.

If you do not do this in advance, but simply stay longer, you will automatically be charged a post-payment rate for every quarter of an hour or part thereof. You can see the prices for the post-payment rate or the additional hour on the page with all prices.

Your time at ArboPark always starts at the time you have reserved. However, if you unexpectedly fall ill or are otherwise unable to come, even though you have already booked and reserved online, you have the option of calling (Tel: 071 552 80 00) up to one hour before the start and postponing your reservation. You can then redeem your credit at a later date.

Please note: Access to the ArboPark is not possible without providing your personal data (private address, email and cell phone number). The insurance company prohibits this.
